Outdoor Events

We have provided bar services for a variety of outdoor events ranging in size from village fetes to music festivals.

Again we offer a flexible service to suit you, for
example our freestanding units can be used to serve
drinks inside for corporate hospitality while our customised
trailer unit can be serving visitors outdoors. This service has been used at a diverse range of events including the Brewood Music Festival, The Hackney Peace Festival, Shelford and Belton Horse Trials and many more. For this kind of event we recommend the use of plastic glasses to promote Health and Safety and can also provide plastic bottled beers, alcopops, soft drinks and water.

Charity Events

UK Bar Services Ltd are proud to have helped to raise money for many charities throughout the UK including The British Heart Foundation, National Childrens Homes, Breast Cancer Research and The Lincolnshire Air Ambulance.

We also work with community fundraisers and have helped raise money for community projects and local fundraisers in our local area and throughout the UK.

If you are a registered Charity or community fundraiser and use our Comprehensive bar service we will donated 10% of the bar takings from your event to your charity or fundraising cause.
